🍽️ Teriyaki Beef Fillet with Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- pork fillet 600 g
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- red wine, dry 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- pineapple 1 pc
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 2. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Cut the fillet into eight equally thick slices (medallions).
- 4. Mix the soy sauce, wine, finely chopped garlic, and honey in a bowl to create a marinade.
- 5. Place the meat slices in the marinade and let them marinate.
- 6. Peel the pineapple and cut it into twelve round slices.
- 7. Remove the hard, fibrous core from the center of each pineapple slice.
- 8. Take the meat slices out of the marinade and let them drain briefly.
- 9. Pour the marinade into a small container so you can use it for brushing later.
- 10. Preheat your grill and place the meat slices on it.
- 11. Grill the meat for a total of 10 to 15 minutes on all sides, depending on thickness.
- 12. Brush the meat several times with the collected marinade while grilling.
- 13. Place the pineapple slices directly on the grill and roast them for about 2 minutes per side.
- 14. Brush the pineapple with some marinade while grilling as well.
- 15. Take the cooked meat off the grill and wrap it in aluminum foil to let it rest.
- 16. Alternatively, heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan if you are not grilling.
- 17. Fry the meat slices in the pan for about 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- 18. Remove the fried meat and wrap it in aluminum foil to rest as well.
- 19. Heat one more tablespoon of oil in the same pan.
- 20. Fry the pineapple slices in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- 21. Place the meat and pineapple on the plates and serve the dish.
