  1. 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
  2. 2. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Cut the fillet into eight equally thick slices (medallions).
  4. 4. Mix the soy sauce, wine, finely chopped garlic, and honey in a bowl to create a marinade.
  5. 5. Place the meat slices in the marinade and let them marinate.
  6. 6. Peel the pineapple and cut it into twelve round slices.
  7. 7. Remove the hard, fibrous core from the center of each pineapple slice.
  8. 8. Take the meat slices out of the marinade and let them drain briefly.
  9. 9. Pour the marinade into a small container so you can use it for brushing later.
  10. 10. Preheat your grill and place the meat slices on it.
  11. 11. Grill the meat for a total of 10 to 15 minutes on all sides, depending on thickness.
  12. 12. Brush the meat several times with the collected marinade while grilling.
  13. 13. Place the pineapple slices directly on the grill and roast them for about 2 minutes per side.
  14. 14. Brush the pineapple with some marinade while grilling as well.
  15. 15. Take the cooked meat off the grill and wrap it in aluminum foil to let it rest.
  16. 16. Alternatively, heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan if you are not grilling.
  17. 17. Fry the meat slices in the pan for about 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  18. 18. Remove the fried meat and wrap it in aluminum foil to rest as well.
  19. 19. Heat one more tablespoon of oil in the same pan.
  20. 20. Fry the pineapple slices in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  21. 21. Place the meat and pineapple on the plates and serve the dish.
