Ingredients
- pickles 2 pcs.
- capers 1 tsp
- lemons 1 pcs.
- dill, fresh 15 g
- mayonnaise 200 g
- crème fraîche 100 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Place the pickles and capers in a sieve to drain.
- 2. Finely chop the drained pickles and capers.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the half lemon.
- 4. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 5. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
- 6. Finely chop the dill.
- 7. Whisk mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and mustard in a bowl until the mixture is creamy.
- 8. Add the finely chopped pickles, capers, and dill to the sauce mixture.
- 9. Season the sauce with one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Serve the finished tartar sauce with vegetables or chicken.
