🍽️ Vegan Tagliatelle with Spinach and Chicken-Style Pieces

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Vegan Chunks, Chicken Style 555 g
- Oat Cream 150 ml
- Tagliatelle 500 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Leaf spinach 300 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with about 4 liters of water and add plenty of salt. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
- 2. Cut an onion in half. Remove the outer skin and slice the onion halves into thin strips.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
- 4. Fry the vegan chicken-style pieces in the hot pan for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Remove the fried pieces from the pan and place them on a plate for now.
- 6. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the same pan (without cleaning it).
- 7. Add the sliced onions to the pan and sauté them over medium heat for about 3 minutes until soft.
- 8. Deglaze the onions with oat cream. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 9. Let the sauce simmer over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes creamy.
- 10. Add the tagliatelle pasta to the boiling salted water and cook for about 4 minutes until al dente.
- 11. Drain the pasta in a colander to remove the water.
- 12. Do not rinse the pasta with cold water.
- 13. Mix the drained pasta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
- 14. Thoroughly wash the fresh spinach.
- 15. Spin the spinach dry to remove excess water.
- 16. Add the dry spinach to the onion-oat cream mixture in the pan.
- 17. Stir the spinach and let it wilt for 1 to 2 minutes until soft.
- 18. Add the previously fried vegan chicken-style pieces back into the pan.
- 19. Let everything warm together for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 20. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper to taste.
- 21. Mix the tagliatelle pasta thoroughly with the spinach and chunk mixture in the pan.
- 22. Taste the pasta again and add more seasoning if necessary.
- 23. Portion the dish into deep plates.
- 24. Serve the tagliatelle immediately while hot and enjoy your meal!
