  1. 1. Fill a large pot with about 4 liters of water and add plenty of salt. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Cut an onion in half. Remove the outer skin and slice the onion halves into thin strips.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the vegan chicken-style pieces in the hot pan for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove the fried pieces from the pan and place them on a plate for now.
  6. 6. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the same pan (without cleaning it).
  7. 7. Add the sliced onions to the pan and sauté them over medium heat for about 3 minutes until soft.
  8. 8. Deglaze the onions with oat cream. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  9. 9. Let the sauce simmer over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes creamy.
  10. 10. Add the tagliatelle pasta to the boiling salted water and cook for about 4 minutes until al dente.
  11. 11. Drain the pasta in a colander to remove the water.
  12. 12. Do not rinse the pasta with cold water.
  13. 13. Mix the drained pasta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
  14. 14. Thoroughly wash the fresh spinach.
  15. 15. Spin the spinach dry to remove excess water.
  16. 16. Add the dry spinach to the onion-oat cream mixture in the pan.
  17. 17. Stir the spinach and let it wilt for 1 to 2 minutes until soft.
  18. 18. Add the previously fried vegan chicken-style pieces back into the pan.
  19. 19. Let everything warm together for 1 to 2 minutes.
  20. 20. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  21. 21. Mix the tagliatelle pasta thoroughly with the spinach and chunk mixture in the pan.
  22. 22. Taste the pasta again and add more seasoning if necessary.
  23. 23. Portion the dish into deep plates.
  24. 24. Serve the tagliatelle immediately while hot and enjoy your meal!
