Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil. Thoroughly wash the spring onions, pat dry, trim the root ends, and slice into thin rings. Thaw the salmon, rinse, pat dry, and cut into coarse cubes.
  2. 2. Cook the tagliatelle in the boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the salmon in it for about 3 minutes. Add the spring onions and fry for another approx. 1 minute.
  3. 3. Deglaze the salmon with white wine and let it reduce for about 1 minute until the wine is almost completely reduced. Take a cup of the pasta cooking water, add it to the salmon, and stir in the cream cheese. Drain the tagliatelle in a colander.
  4. 4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, add the tagliatelle, and mix everything well. Plate the tagliatelle with salmon in white wine sauce and serve. Enjoy your meal! If you are still looking for a suitable appetizer, how about [recipeLink=144845]
