🍽️ Fresh Tabouleh Salad with Bulgur

Ingredients
- Bulgur 50 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Vine Tomatoes 2 pc.
- Spring Onions 2 pc.
- Parsley, fresh 2 bunch
- Mint, fresh 40 g
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot or kettle.
- 2. Place the bulgur in a bowl.
- 3. Pour 75 milliliters of boiling water over the bulgur.
- 4. Cover the bowl.
- 5. Let the bulgur soak for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 6. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the lime in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes.
- 10. Remove the stem from the tomatoes.
- 11. Dice the tomatoes finely.
- 12. Wash the spring onions.
- 13. Trim the roots off the spring onions.
- 14. Slice the spring onions into very thin rings.
- 15. Rinse the parsley and mint.
- 16. Shake the herbs dry.
- 17. Remove the thick stems from the herbs.
- 18. Cut the herbs into fine strips.
- 19. Fluff the soaked bulgur slightly with a fork.
- 20. Fold in the tomatoes along with their juice into the bulgur.
- 21. Fold in the spring onions into the bulgur.
- 22. Drizzle oil over the mixture.
- 23. Add the cut herbs.
- 24. Add the lime juice.
- 25. Season with salt and pepper.
- 26. Serve the salad immediately.
