  1. 1. Lightly grease a bowl with flour and set it aside.
  2. 2. Add lukewarm milk, sugar, and 30 grams of soft butter to the mixing container.
  3. 3. Crumble the yeast into the mixture.
  4. 4. Heat the ingredients with the measuring cup in place at level 2 for 5 minutes at 37 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5. Add the flour and a quarter teaspoon of salt.
  6. 6. Knead the dough using the dough knead function for 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Take the dough out of the container and shape it into a ball in the prepared bowl.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  10. 10. Rinse the mixing container thoroughly.
  11. 11. Put the remaining soft butter in pieces into the clean container.
  12. 12. Melt the butter at level 2 for 3 minutes at 75 degrees Celsius.
  13. 13. Pour the melted butter into a separate bowl.
  14. 14. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a third bowl.
  15. 15. Brush a bundt cake pan with soft butter.
  16. 16. Sprinkle two tablespoons of the sugar-cinnamon mixture into the pan and distribute it evenly.
  17. 17. Take the risen dough and place it on a lightly floured work surface.
  18. 18. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces using a dough scraper.
  19. 19. Divide each of these 6 pieces into 6 small pieces.
  20. 20. You should now have a total of 36 small dough pieces.
  21. 21. Shape each dough piece into a small ball.
  22. 22. Roll each ball first in the melted butter.
  23. 23. Then roll the buttered ball in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  24. 24. Place the coated balls one by one into the prepared bundt cake pan.
  25. 25. Cover the pan again with a damp kitchen towel.
  26. 26. Let the balls rise again in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  27. 27. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  28. 28. Bake the bread for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
  29. 29. Carefully turn the warm bread out onto a cake rack.
  30. 30. Do not cut the bread with a knife, but pull it apart ball by ball.
