  3. 3. Mix sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the eggs into the dry ingredients.
  5. 5. Add the cooled butter.
  6. 6. Pour in the buttermilk.
  7. 7. Mix everything with a hand mixer until you have a smooth batter.
  8. 8. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  11. 11. Bake the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Flip the pancake when it becomes firm and lifts easily from the bottom.
  13. 13. Bake the other side for another minute until golden brown.
  14. 14. Keep the finished pancakes warm.
  15. 15. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  16. 16. Serve the warm pancakes with sour cream and lingonberries.
  17. 17. Sprinkle with a little sugar if you like.
