🍽️ Luxury Burger with Beef and Shrimp

Ingredients
- beef rump steaks 400 g
- mixed leaf salad 0.25 pc.
- cress bed 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- steak pepper spice pinch
- shrimp with truffle sauce 200 g
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
- sturgeon caviar 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the sirloin steaks under running water.
- 2. Pat the steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from each other.
- 4. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 5. Shake the lettuce leaves dry.
- 6. Cut the cress from the bed.
- 7. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 8. Fry the sirloin steaks on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Season the steaks with salt and steak pepper.
- 10. Wrap the steaks in aluminum foil and let them rest.
- 11. Heat another 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan.
- 12. Fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes.
- 13. Remove the shrimp from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 14. Halve the burger buns.
- 15. Toast the bun halves in the hot pan for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Slice the rested sirloin steaks into strips.
- 17. Spread some truffle sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
- 18. Place the lettuce leaves on the sauce.
- 19. Distribute the beef strips over the lettuce.
- 20. Place the shrimp on the meat.
- 21. Add some caviar on top.
- 22. Sprinkle the burger with cress.
- 23. Place the top half of the bun on top.
- 24. Serve the finished burger.
