Ingredients
- cherries, fresh 400 g
- almonds, whole 80 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place the almonds in a small baking dish.
- 3. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the almonds.
- 4. Stir the almonds with a spoon so that the sugar sticks well.
- 5. Place the pitted sweet cherries between the almonds.
- 6. Put the baking dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
- 7. Take the dish out of the oven after the time is up.
- 8. Let the pastry cool down briefly before serving.
