  4. 4. Roughly chop the cooled cashew nuts with a knife.
  5. 5. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper under running water.
  6. 6. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the stem and seeds.
  7. 7. Dice the bell pepper flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the basilica leaves and pat them dry gently.
  9. 9. Pluck the leaves off the tough stems.
  10. 10. Finely chop the basilica leaves.
  11. 11. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Tap the pit with a spoon and twist it out carefully.
  13. 13. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  14. 14. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic clove with a knife.
  16. 16. Mince the garlic very finely.
  17. 17. Cut the lemon in half.
  18. 18. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon.
