🍽️ Sweet Potato Fries with Passion Fruit Dip

Ingredients
- sweet potato fries, frozen 1 kg
- passion fruit 2 pcs.
- sour cream 200 g
- mayonnaise 100 g
- salt pinch
- cayenne pepper pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20–25 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh. In a bowl, mix it with sour cream and mayonnaise, seasoning with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
- 3. Season the sweet potatoes with salt and cayenne pepper and serve them with the passion fruit dip.
