  1. 1. Ideally, thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes.
  4. 4. Cut the sweet potatoes into slices about 2 centimeters thick.
  5. 5. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Brush the sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  7. 7. Season the slices with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. 8. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. 9. Cut the limes in half.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice from the limes.
  11. 11. Halve the avocados.
  12. 12. Remove the pits from the avocados.
  13. 13. Scoop the flesh of the avocados out of the skin with a spoon.
  14. 14. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl.
  15. 15. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to the avocado flesh.
  16. 16. Roughly mash the avocado with the lime juice.
  17. 17. Season the avocado mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Wash the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Remove the stem from the tomatoes.
  20. 20. Slice the tomatoes.
  21. 21. Peel the onion.
  22. 22. Cut the onion into rings.
  23. 23. Rinse the salmon.
  24. 24. Pat the salmon dry.
  25. 25. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  26. 26. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  27. 27. Fry the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side.
  28. 28. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of honey to the pan.
  29. 29. Turn the salmon in the sauce.
  30. 30. Carefully remove the sweet potato slices from the oven.
  31. 31. Place one sweet potato slice as a base.
  32. 32. Place the avocado mixture (guacamole) on the sweet potato.
  33. 33. Place the onion rings on the guacamole.
  34. 34. Place the salmon on the onions.
  35. 35. Place a tomato slice on the salmon.
  36. 36. Place another sweet potato slice on top as a lid.
  37. 37. Serve the burgers.
