  3. 3. Slice the sweet potato into rounds about 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Make sure you have a total of 8 slices.
  5. 5. Mix olive oil and paprika powder in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the sweet potato slices to the bowl.
  7. 7. Marinate the slices by turning them in the oil mixture.
  8. 8. Place the sweet potato slices on the grill.
  9. 9. Grill the slices for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
  11. 11. Finely chop the garlic.
  12. 12. Halve the lime.
  13. 13. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of juice from the lime.
  14. 14. Halve the avocado.
  15. 15. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  16. 16. Place the avocado, soy yogurt, 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, lime juice, garlic, and agave syrup into a tall container.
  17. 17. Blend the ingredients finely with an immersion blender.
  18. 18. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Fry the Vemondo patties on the grill for about 4 minutes on each side.
  20. 20. Remove the sweet potato slices from the grill.
  21. 21. Sprinkle sea salt over the slices.
  22. 22. Let the sweet potato slices cool down.

  24. 24. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  25. 25. Wash the tomatoes.
  26. 26. Remove the core from the tomatoes.
  27. 27. Slice the tomatoes.
  28. 28. Wash the salad mix in a salad spinner.
  29. 29. Spin the salad dry.
  30. 30. Place one sweet potato slice as the base.
  31. 31. Place a Vemondo patty on top.
  32. 32. Place a slice of Gouda cheese on top.
  33. 33. Place a tomato slice on top.
  34. 34. Place onion rings on top.
  35. 35. Place the salad on top.
  36. 36. Add the avocado sauce on top.
  37. 37. Place another sweet potato slice on top as the lid.
  38. 38. Serve the burger.

  40. 40. Tip: If you don't have a grill, bake the sweet potatoes in the oven at 180 °C (convection) for 20 to 25 minutes.
