🍰 Sweet Potato Banana Bread

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes 400 g
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Walnut kernels 50 g
- Oil 80 ml
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- Baking powder 1 packet
- Cocoa powder 20 g
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
- 3. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into rough chunks.
- 4. Peel the bananas.
- 5. Put the walnuts into the mixing container.
- 6. Crush the walnuts for 6 seconds on speed 6.
- 7. Transfer the crushed walnuts into a bowl.
- 8. Put the sweet potato chunks into the mixing container.
- 9. Crush the sweet potatoes for 15 seconds on speed 6.
- 10. Add the bananas, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- 11. Mix the ingredients for another 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 12. Add the walnuts, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and cinnamon to the mixing container.
- 13. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- 14. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- 15. Bake the bread for 50 minutes.
- 16. Take the bread out of the oven.
- 17. Let it cool down a bit.
- 18. Carefully turn the bread out onto a cake rack.
- 19. Cut the bread into portions.
- 20. Serve the bread and enjoy!
