  1. 1. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a pot, bring the orange and lemon juice together with 100 ml water and 4 tbsp honey to a boil. Add the rice and let it swell covered on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  2. 2. In a pan, roast the sunflower seeds over medium heat without fat for about 2–3 minutes. Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores, and cut into small cubes. Wash the plums, remove the pits, and also dice them. Wash the mint, dry it, pluck off the leaves, then chop finely.
  3. 3. Gently mix the fruit and mint into the cooled rice. In a bowl, mix the yogurt well with 1 tbsp honey. Divide the sweet rice-fruit salad onto plates, decorate with yogurt and the roasted sunflower seeds, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
