Ingredients
- flour, Type 405 300 g
- sugar 80 g
- salt pinch
- butter 160 g
- eggs 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix them.
- 2. Cut the cold butter into small cubes.
- 3. Fold the butter cubes into the flour mixture.
- 4. Add the egg and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Process the dough according to your desired recipe and bake it.
