Ingredients
- butter 160 g
- sugar 80 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 1 pc.
- wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Place butter in pieces, sugar, a pinch of salt, an egg, and flour into the mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on the dough kneading speed with the measuring cup inserted until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of cold water and knead for 20 seconds on speed 4.
- 2. Next, shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then, prepare and bake the sweet shortcrust pastry according to your recipe.
