🍰 Sweet Yeast Dough

Ingredients
- milk 300 ml
- dry yeast 1 packet
- sugar 160 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 600 g
- butter 150 g
- eggs 3 pcs
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Put the milk, yeast, and one tablespoon of sugar into the mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for two minutes on level 1 at 37 degrees Celsius. Do not use the measuring cup.
- 3. Now add the flour, the remaining sugar, the room-temperature butter, the eggs, and a pinch of salt.
- 4. Knead the dough for two minutes on the kneading setting. Make sure the measuring cup is in place.
- 5. Take the finished dough out of the bowl and shape it into a ball.
- 6. Place the dough ball into a bowl.
- 7. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
- 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour until it has doubled in size.
- 9. Knead the risen dough briefly.
- 10. Now process the dough as desired, for example for a baking sheet or a bundt cake pan with a diameter of 22 centimeters.
