  1. 1. Put the milk, yeast, and one tablespoon of sugar into the mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients for two minutes on level 1 at 37 degrees Celsius. Do not use the measuring cup.
  3. 3. Now add the flour, the remaining sugar, the room-temperature butter, the eggs, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for two minutes on the kneading setting. Make sure the measuring cup is in place.
  5. 5. Take the finished dough out of the bowl and shape it into a ball.
  6. 6. Place the dough ball into a bowl.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour until it has doubled in size.
  9. 9. Knead the risen dough briefly.
  10. 10. Now process the dough as desired, for example for a baking sheet or a bundt cake pan with a diameter of 22 centimeters.
