  2. 2. Slice the nut Striezel into thick slices.
  3. 3. Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar together in a bowl.
  4. 4. Dip the Striezel slices into the egg-milk mixture.
  5. 5. Let the slices soak in the liquid for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the apples and remove the core.
  7. 7. Slice the apples into thin slices.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  9. 9. Grease a loaf pan with some fat.
  10. 10. Remove the soaked Striezel slices from the liquid.
  11. 11. Layer the Striezel slices and apple slices alternately in the pan.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the raisins and walnuts over the layers.
  13. 13. Bake the bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown in the oven.
  14. 14. Take the bake out of the oven.
  15. 15. Serve the bake hot on plates.
