  1. 1. Pour lukewarm water into a bowl.
  2. 2. Crumble the yeast into the water.
  3. 3. Mix the yeast with one tablespoon of sugar until it has completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Let the mixture rest covered for about ten minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the rosemary thoroughly and dry it.
  6. 6. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems.
  7. 7. Add the yeast water, flour, salt, powdered sugar, three tablespoons of olive oil, and the rosemary to a bowl.
  8. 8. Knead everything into a homogeneous dough.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise again for one hour.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the nuts in the meantime.
  11. 11. Wash the grapes well.
  12. 12. Let the grapes drain well.
  13. 13. Remove the stems from the grapes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
  15. 15. Knead the dough once more briefly.
  16. 16. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
  17. 17. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  18. 18. Roll out the two dough halves into flatbreads large enough for your baking sheet.
  19. 19. Let the flatbreads rest for another ten minutes.
  20. 20. Place one flatbread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  21. 21. Distribute half of the nuts evenly over the dough.
  22. 22. Distribute half of the grapes evenly over the dough.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the toppings with two tablespoons of sugar.
  24. 24. Place the second dough flatbread on top.
  25. 25. Press the edges of the two dough halves together well.
  26. 26. Brush the surface with one tablespoon of oil.
  27. 27. Distribute the remaining nuts on the pizza.
  28. 28. Distribute the remaining grapes on the pizza.
  29. 29. Sprinkle everything with the remaining sugar.
  30. 30. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  31. 31. Remove the pizza when it is golden brown.
