Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- Sugar 125 g
- Salt Pinch
- Vanilla extract 1.5 tsp
- Eggs 1 pc
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Powdered sugar 40 g
- Lemon zest Pinch
- Lemon juice 0.5 tsp
- mango 50 g
- Grapes, dark 50 g
- Blackberries, fresh 50 g
- Blueberries, fresh 50 g
- Raspberries, fresh 50 g
- White chocolate coating 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line three baking sheets with baking paper.
- 3. Take the soft butter and mix it with the sugar.
- 4. Add a pinch of salt and one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 5. Knead the egg into the butter-sugar mixture.
- 6. Add the flour and the baking powder.
- 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 8. Divide the dough into equal portions.
- 9. Shape the portions into small balls.
- 10. Place the balls on the sheets with plenty of space between them.
- 11. Press the balls slightly flat into small circles.
- 12. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius fan mode.
- 13. Use three levels in the oven.
- 14. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes.
- 15. Take the cookies out of the oven.
- 16. Let the cookies cool down completely on the sheets.
- 17. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar.
- 18. Add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 19. Add a pinch of lemon zest.
- 20. Add the lemon juice.
- 21. Stir the cream until smooth and creamy.
- 22. Peel the mango.
- 23. Cut the mango into strips.
- 24. Cut the grapes into small pieces.
- 25. Cut the berries into small pieces.
- 26. Spread the cream over the cooled cookies.
- 27. Top the cookies with the prepared fruits.
- 28. Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave or over a water bath.
- 29. Pour the melted chocolate coating over the pizzas for decoration.
- 30. You can also grate the chocolate coating finely and sprinkle it over the fruits.
