Ingredients
- Puff pastry 2 pcs
- Sour cream 200 g
- Powdered sugar 50 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- Pears 1 pcs
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Grapes, dark 50 g
- Walnut kernels 100 g
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Eggs 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Take the puff pastry rolls out of the fridge 15 to 30 minutes before you start so they become pliable and do not tear when rolling.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 3. Prepare several baking trays by lining them with non-stick baking paper.
- 4. Whisk the sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and starch in a bowl until the cream is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- 5. Core the pear and slice it into very thin slices.
- 6. Drizzle the pear slices immediately with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
- 7. Slice the grapes.
- 8. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
- 9. Place two pear slices slightly overlapping on the prepared tray.
- 10. Make sure there is enough space between the individual pieces.
- 11. Set aside about one-third of the walnuts to use for decoration later.
- 12. Sprinkle the remaining walnuts over the pear slices.
- 13. Place the grape slices on the filling.
- 14. Add the prepared cream filling using a medium ice cream scoop onto the fruit.
- 15. Distribute the honey evenly over the cream.
- 16. Place a second puff pastry sheet over the filling.
- 17. Press the two pastry sheets firmly together using a rolling pin.
- 18. Cut the whole thing into rectangles.
- 19. Place the rectangles on the tray so that the filling is well enclosed.
- 20. Decorate the tarts with the reserved walnuts.
- 21. Bake the pieces in the preheated oven until they are golden brown and crispy.
