  5. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Mix everything well so that the meat is seasoned evenly.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions under running water.
  8. 8. Shake off the water from the onions.
  9. 9. Cut the spring onions roughly into pieces.
  10. 10. Peel the carrots.
  11. 11. Remove the ends of the carrots.
  12. 12. Cut the carrots roughly into pieces.
  13. 13. Wash the celery under running water.
  14. 14. Remove the ends of the celery.
  15. 15. Chop the celery roughly.
  16. 16. Wash the Chinese cabbage under running water.
  17. 17. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
  18. 18. Place the pineapple pieces in a sieve.
  19. 19. Let the juice drain and catch it in a container.
  20. 20. Place the cashew nuts in the mixing container.
  21. 21. Crush the cashew nuts for 4 seconds on speed 6.
  22. 22. Transfer the crushed cashew nuts into another container.
  23. 23. Place the spring onions, carrots, and celery in the mixing pot.
  24. 24. Crush the vegetables for 5 seconds on speed 5.

  26. 26. Add cayenne pepper, 150 g of pineapple juice, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, and vinegar.

  28. 28. Add the vegetable broth, noodles, Chinese cabbage, and pineapple pieces to the pot.

  30. 30. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  31. 31. Fry the chicken cubes for approx. 4-5 minutes until crispy on all sides.
  32. 32. Season the Chow Mein noodles with soy sauce.
  33. 33. Serve the noodles on plates.
  34. 34. Sprinkle the noodles with the chicken and cashew nuts.
