Ingredients
- pears 3 pcs.
- blue cheese 200 g
- arugula 60 g
- crème fraîche 150 g
- sweet mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the core, and slice them thinly. Cut the blue cheese into coarse cubes.
- 2. Wash the arugula and let it drain well. Finely chop a handful of arugula and mix it in a bowl with crème fraîche, sweet mustard, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Roll out the pizza doughs on baking paper on a tray and spread the arugula crème fraîche on them. Distribute the pear slices and blue cheese evenly on the pizzas and bake them in the lower and middle oven sections for about 14–16 minutes. Swap the trays after about 7 minutes.
- 4. Take the pizzas out of the oven, cut them into pieces, and garnish with the remaining arugula. Enjoy your meal! Tip: You can also use the tomato sauce for a pasta sauce.
