🍳 Stulle with Crusty Ham and Egg

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Pickle gherkins 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp.
- sour cream 2 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rye bread 4 slices
- Crust ham sliced meat 8 slices
- Cress bed 10 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pot bring about 1 liter of water to a boil and cover. Place the eggs in the bubbling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, shock under cold water and peel. Slice into slices.
- 2. Drain the pickle gherkins and dice them small. Mix in a bowl with mayonnaise and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread the bread slices with mayonnaise. If desired, top with egg and crust roast. Decorate with cress and serve the sandwich with crust ham and egg. Enjoy your meal!
