Ingredients
- Trail mix 200 g
- butter 200 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Salt Pinch
- Eggs 5 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- Baking powder 15 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Roughly chop the mixed nuts and dried fruits.
- 3. Beat the soft butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
- 4. Stir in the eggs one by one into the butter mixture.
- 5. Mix the flour and baking powder together.
- 6. Stir the flour mixture and sour cream into the egg and butter mixture.
- 7. Fold the chopped mixed nuts and dried fruits into the batter.
- 8. Pour the batter into a greased bundt cake pan.
- 9. Smooth the surface of the batter.
- 10. Bake the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
- 11. Let the cake cool down.
- 12. Release the cake from the pan.
- 13. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
- 14. Serve the cake.
