🍰 Strawberry Yogurt Crunch Clusters

Ingredients
- Strawberries 500 g
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Chocolate, milk 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the berries.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into coarse cubes.
- 4. Place the cubed strawberries into a bowl.
- 5. Add the yogurt.
- 6. Add the honey.
- 7. Mix everything together well.
- 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 9. Take a tablespoon of the strawberry yogurt mixture.
- 10. Drop small portions onto the tray.
- 11. Press the portions slightly into small disc shapes.
- 12. Place the tray into the freezer.
- 13. Let the discs freeze for at least 3 hours.
- 14. You can also freeze them overnight.
- 15. Chop the chocolate coarsely.
- 16. Heat about 200 milliliters of water in a pot.
- 17. Place a metal bowl over the hot water.
- 18. Put the chocolate into the metal bowl.
- 19. Melt the chocolate over the hot water.
- 20. Take the frozen strawberry discs out of the freezer.
- 21. Coat the discs in the melted chocolate.
- 22. Place the coated discs back onto the baking tray.
- 23. Put the tray back into the freezer.
- 24. Keep the clusters frozen until serving.
