Ingredients
- spring onions 1 pc.
- chives, fresh 10 g
- butter 2 tbsp
- rye bread 4 slices
- Black Forest ham 4 slices
- eggs 4 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions under running water.
- 2. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the chives.
- 5. Pat the chives dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Cut the chives into small pieces.
- 7. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 8. Toast the bread in the pan for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
- 9. Remove the toasted bread from the pan and set it aside.
- 10. Fry the ham in the same pan for about 1 minute on each side.
- 11. Remove the ham from the pan and set it aside.
- 12. Reheat the pan with 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- 13. Crack the eggs directly into the hot pan.
- 14. Fry the eggs for about 4 minutes until they are sunny-side up.
- 15. Season the sunny-side up eggs with salt and pepper.
- 16. Place one slice of ham on each piece of bread.
- 17. Place a sunny-side up egg on each slice of ham.
- 18. Garnish the dishes with the rings of the spring onions.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the dishes.
- 20. Serve the Strammer Max on plates.
