🍽️ Quick Pork Tenderloin Stir-fry with Pak Choi

Ingredients
- pork fillet 600 g
- soy sauce 3 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- onions, yellow 1 pc
- pak choi 500 g
- organic limes 1 pc
- oil 4 tbsp
- cinnamon pinch
- sesame, white 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork tenderloin under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice the tenderloin into very thin slices.
- 4. Place the meat slices into a bowl.
- 5. Pour 1 ½ tablespoons of soy sauce over the meat.
- 6. Add some honey.
- 7. Mix everything well so the meat is marinated.
- 8. Set the bowl aside to let the meat marinate.
- 9. Take your time while the meat rests.
- 10. Halve the onion.
- 11. Peel the onion.
- 12. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 13. Wash the Pak Choi thoroughly.
- 14. Let the vegetable drain well.
- 15. Separate the white stems from the green leaves.
- 16. Cut the white stems into thin strips.
- 17. Also cut the green leaves into thin strips.
- 18. Wash the lime.
- 19. Halve the lime.
- 20. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 21. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan or wok.
- 22. Set the heat to the highest level.
- 23. Add the onion strips to the hot pan.
- 24. Add the white Pak Choi stems.
- 25. Fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
- 26. Season the mixture with cinnamon.
- 27. Add some lime juice.
- 28. Remove the vegetables from the pan.
- 29. Wipe the pan or wok clean.
- 30. Add the remaining oil to the clean pan.
- 31. Heat the oil on the highest setting.
- 32. Add the marinated meat to the pan.
- 33. Fry the meat on high heat.
- 34. Turn the meat repeatedly.
- 35. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes.
- 36. Add the green Pak Choi leaves.
- 37. Let the leaves wilt for about 1 minute.
- 38. Add the previous vegetables back into the pan.
- 39. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
- 40. Pour in the remaining soy sauce.
- 41. Add a little more lime juice.
- 42. Taste the dish to finish seasoning.
