🍰 Crunchy Chocolate Stars

Ingredients
- butter 75 g
- powdered sugar 200 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 1 pc.
- wheat flour, type 405 170 g
- cocoa powder 20 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- sugar pearls 25 g
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a bowl and add the butter, 100 grams of powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, and one egg.
- 3. Mix the ingredients with an electric hand mixer using the dough hooks until you have a creamy mixture.
- 4. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the bowl.
- 5. Knead everything with the mixer until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms.
- 6. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- 7. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5 millimeters.
- 8. Cut star shapes out of the dough.
- 9. Place the stars with some space between them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 10. Put the tray in the oven and bake the stars for about 14 minutes.
- 11. Take a small bowl and mix powdered sugar with a little water until a thick glaze forms.
- 12. Put the glaze into a freezer bag.
- 13. Cut off a small corner of the bag.
- 14. Dab small dots with the glaze onto the cooled cookies.
- 15. Place one sugar pearl on each still wet chocolate dot.
- 16. Let the decoration dry completely.
- 17. Serve the finished stars with a cup of coffee.
