  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top and bottom heat). Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Puree the bananas together with coconut flakes and a pinch of salt in a tall container.
  2. 2. Spread the cookie dough using two teaspoons onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Press the dough portions slightly flat and shape them evenly with a spoon. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 20–25 minutes.
  3. 3. Carefully remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool, and serve them. Enjoy!
