  8. 8. Pat the steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  10. 10. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  11. 11. Sear the steaks on all sides for about three minutes.

  28. 28. Mix the drained spätzle in the pot with butter.
  29. 29. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the mushroom cream sauce with salt and pepper.
