  1. 1. Rinse the steaks under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley under running water.
  4. 4. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
  5. 5. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic as well.
  8. 8. Place the chopped parsley and garlic into a tall container.
  9. 9. Add two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of soft butter.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
  11. 11. Add the remaining soft butter to the mixture.
  12. 12. Gently fold in the butter until it combines.
  13. 13. Season the herb butter with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Set the finished herb butter aside.
  15. 15. Preheat your grill.
  16. 16. Place the peppers on the hot grill.
  17. 17. Grill the peppers for about four minutes.
  18. 18. Place the steaks on the grill.
  19. 19. Grill the steaks for four to seven minutes.
  20. 20. Turn the steaks once in the middle.
  21. 21. Grill the meat until golden brown.
  22. 22. Remove the steaks from the grill.
  23. 23. Let the meat rest for a short time.
  24. 24. Take the grilled peppers off the grill.
  25. 25. Finely chop the peppers including the seeds.
  26. 26. Mix the chopped peppers with the herb butter.
  27. 27. Slice the steaks.
  28. 28. Season the meat with sea salt.
  29. 29. Serve the steak with the pepper herb butter.
