🍽️ Grilled Steak with Spicy Herb Butter

Ingredients
- Rib-Eye Steaks or Chuck-Eye Steaks 4 pcs.
- Parsley, fresh 40 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 125 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- chili pepper Mix 2 pcs.
- Sea salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the steaks under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the parsley under running water.
- 4. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
- 5. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic as well.
- 8. Place the chopped parsley and garlic into a tall container.
- 9. Add two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of soft butter.
- 10. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 11. Add the remaining soft butter to the mixture.
- 12. Gently fold in the butter until it combines.
- 13. Season the herb butter with salt and pepper.
- 14. Set the finished herb butter aside.
- 15. Preheat your grill.
- 16. Place the peppers on the hot grill.
- 17. Grill the peppers for about four minutes.
- 18. Place the steaks on the grill.
- 19. Grill the steaks for four to seven minutes.
- 20. Turn the steaks once in the middle.
- 21. Grill the meat until golden brown.
- 22. Remove the steaks from the grill.
- 23. Let the meat rest for a short time.
- 24. Take the grilled peppers off the grill.
- 25. Finely chop the peppers including the seeds.
- 26. Mix the chopped peppers with the herb butter.
- 27. Slice the steaks.
- 28. Season the meat with sea salt.
- 29. Serve the steak with the pepper herb butter.
