  6. 6. Remove the tough stem at the bottom of the broccoli.
  7. 7. Peel the stem generously.
  8. 8. Cut the stem together with the broccoli into pieces about 2 centimeters in size.
  9. 9. Halve the onion.
  10. 10. Peel the onion.
  11. 11. Dice the onion coarsely.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley.
  13. 13. Shake the parsley dry.
  14. 14. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  15. 15. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  16. 16. Rinse the pork steaks.
  17. 17. Pat the steaks dry with kitchen paper.
