🍽️ Juicy Beef Steak with Creamy Broccoli Potato Mash and Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 1 kg
- broccoli 1 pc.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 25 g
- minute steaks from pork 400 g
- salt pinch
- oil 1 tsp
- mustard 2 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pepper, green 2 tsp
- roast sauce, powder 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the potatoes.
- 4. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the broccoli.
- 6. Remove the tough stem at the bottom of the broccoli.
- 7. Peel the stem generously.
- 8. Cut the stem together with the broccoli into pieces about 2 centimeters in size.
- 9. Halve the onion.
- 10. Peel the onion.
- 11. Dice the onion coarsely.
- 12. Wash the parsley.
- 13. Shake the parsley dry.
- 14. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 15. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 16. Rinse the pork steaks.
- 17. Pat the steaks dry with kitchen paper.
- 18. Season the steaks with salt.
- 19. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 20. Fry the steaks on all sides for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 21. Place the steaks in a baking dish.
- 22. Coat the steaks with mustard.
- 23. Season the steaks with salt again.
- 24. Pepper the steaks.
- 25. Place the baking dish on the middle rack.
- 26. Cook the steaks in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 27. Leave the pan with the meat juices.
- 28. Put the potatoes, broccoli, and onions into a pot.
- 29. Cover the vegetables with salted water.
- 30. Place the lid on the pot.
- 31. Bring the water to a boil.
- 32. Cook the vegetables over medium heat for about 12 minutes.
- 33. Reheat the pan with the meat juices over medium heat.
- 34. Roast the green pepper in the meat juices for about 1 minute.
- 35. Deglaze the pan with about 150 milliliters of water.
- 36. Stir in the gravy mix.
- 37. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 2 minutes.
- 38. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 39. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 40. Drain the broccoli and potatoes in a colander.
- 41. Return the vegetables to the pot.
- 42. Puree the vegetables with an immersion blender.
- 43. Season the mash with salt and pepper to taste.
- 44. Mix the parsley into the mash.
- 45. Drizzle the beef steaks with the pepper sauce.
- 46. Serve the steaks together with the broccoli potato mash on plates.
