🍽️ Make your own Sriracha sauce

Ingredients
- chili pepper mix 750 g
- Garlic cloves 6 pcs.
- Brown sugar 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 125 ml
- Water 350 ml
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Sort out the green peppers from the mix and use them for another purpose.
- 2. Wash the remaining peppers, remove the greens, and slice them including the seeds.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it roughly.
- 4. Place the peppers, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, and water into a tall container.
- 5. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is smooth.
- 6. Pour the puree into a pot.
- 7. Simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Season the finished sauce with salt to taste.
- 9. Fill the hot sauce into clean jars.
