🥤 Refreshing Cucumber-Melon Punch

Ingredients
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- organic limes 2 pc.
- honeydew melon 1 pc.
- mint, fresh 10 g
- limoncino 100 ml
- crushed ice 10 tbsp
- prosecco 750 ml
- ginger ale 500 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and trim off the ends.
- 2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into four quarters.
- 3. Remove the seeds and set them aside.
- 4. Slice the cucumber quarters crosswise into thin rounds.
- 5. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 6. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
- 7. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
- 8. Puree the remaining fruit flesh together with the reserved cucumber seeds until smooth.
- 9. Strain the puree through a sieve into a large punch bowl.
- 10. Wash the mint leaves and pat them dry.
- 11. Chop the mint finely, but reserve a few leaves for garnish.
- 12. Add Limoncino, crushed ice, and the chopped mint to the punch bowl.
- 13. Top up the punch with Prosecco and Ginger Ale.
- 14. Serve the drink garnished with fresh mint.
