  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and trim off the ends.
  2. 2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into four quarters.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds and set them aside.
  4. 4. Slice the cucumber quarters crosswise into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
  6. 6. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
  7. 7. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
  8. 8. Puree the remaining fruit flesh together with the reserved cucumber seeds until smooth.
  9. 9. Strain the puree through a sieve into a large punch bowl.
  10. 10. Wash the mint leaves and pat them dry.
  11. 11. Chop the mint finely, but reserve a few leaves for garnish.
  12. 12. Add Limoncino, crushed ice, and the chopped mint to the punch bowl.
  13. 13. Top up the punch with Prosecco and Ginger Ale.
  14. 14. Serve the drink garnished with fresh mint.
