  2. 2. Peel off the outer layers and dice the onion finely.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Place the onion and garlic into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add cream cheese.
  7. 7. Sprinkle oregano over the mixture.
  8. 8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  10. 10. Rinse the pointed peppers thoroughly under running water.
  11. 11. Cut off the top ends of the peppers.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds and white pith from the inside.
  13. 13. Fill the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out peppers.
  14. 14. Take a piece of aluminum foil.
  15. 15. Wrap the stuffed pepper individually in the foil.
  16. 16. Seal the foil edges tightly to prevent leakage.
  17. 17. Place the foil packets at the edge of the grill directly into the embers.
  18. 18. Grill the peppers for about 20 minutes.
  19. 19. Turn the packets frequently to ensure even cooking.
