🍽️ Guacamole with Spiderweb Decoration

Ingredients
- red onions 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- coriander, fresh 10 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- avocado 2 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chili, ground pinch
- crème fraîche 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Wash the cilantro and shake it dry. Remove the thick stems and chop the leaves roughly.
- 4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- 6. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 7. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
- 8. Fold in the diced onion, chopped garlic, and cilantro into the avocado mixture.
- 9. Season the guacamole with lime juice, salt, pepper, and chili to your taste.
- 10. Transfer the finished guacamole into a serving bowl.
- 11. Fill the crème fraîche into a piping bag with a small tip.
- 12. Pipe the crème fraîche in small circles from the outside inwards onto the guacamole to create a spiderweb pattern.
- 13. Serve the decorated guacamole together with nachos.
