Ingredients
- Spinach 400 g
- Camembert 300 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and let it drain. Cut the Camembert into thin slices.
- 2. In a bowl, mix mustard with olive oil. Add balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Toss the spinach with the dressing and serve it alongside the Camembert and baguette.
