  2. 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Chop the spinach into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. Place the spinach into a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Mix everything well together.
  7. 7. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake the spinach plate for about 14 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the stems and greens from the radishes.
  10. 10. Slice the radishes thinly or shave them.
  11. 11. Wash the chives and dry them.
  12. 12. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  13. 13. Place the radishes and chives into a bowl.

  15. 15. Wash the tomatoes.
