🥗 Spinach Rolls with Ham and Crisp Salad

Ingredients
- spinach 500 g
- eggs 4 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- radishes 2 bunches
- chives, fresh 20 g
- sugar pinch
- vine tomatoes 4 pcs
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- boiled ham 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Chop the spinach into coarse pieces.
- 4. Place the spinach into a bowl.
- 5. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Mix everything well together.
- 7. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet.
- 8. Bake the spinach plate for about 14 minutes.
- 9. Remove the stems and greens from the radishes.
- 10. Slice the radishes thinly or shave them.
- 11. Wash the chives and dry them.
- 12. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 13. Place the radishes and chives into a bowl.
- 14. Season with salt and sugar.
- 15. Wash the tomatoes.
- 16. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- 17. Add the tomatoes to the other ingredients in the bowl.
- 18. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over it.
- 19. Toss the salad well.
- 20. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- 21. Take the spinach plate out of the oven.
- 22. Let it cool down for a short moment.
- 23. Place the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 24. Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper.
- 25. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the spinach plate.
- 26. Place the cooked ham on top of the cream cheese layer.
- 27. Roll up the spinach plate tightly.
- 28. Cut the roll into portions.
- 29. Arrange the rolls on plates.
- 30. Add the salad.
- 31. Serve the dish.
