🍽️ Crispy Spinach and Feta Pizza

Ingredients
- spinach, frozen 400 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- feta 200 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- crème fraîche 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Let the frozen spinach thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 3. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and slice it into thin strips.
- 4. Place the thawed spinach in a colander and squeeze it firmly with your hands to remove as much excess water as possible.
- 5. Cut the feta cheese into coarse cubes.
- 6. Add the onion strips, squeezed spinach, egg, crème fraîche, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- 7. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper and roll out the pizza dough on it.
- 9. Spread the spinach and onion mixture evenly over the dough.
- 10. Distribute the feta cubes evenly over the pizza.
- 11. Place the pizza in the lower or middle section of the oven.
- 12. Bake the pizza for about 14 to 16 minutes.
- 13. Switch the position of the baking tray after about 7 minutes to ensure even baking.
- 14. Remove the finished pizza from the oven.
- 15. Cut the pizza into slices and serve immediately.
