  1. 1. Let the frozen spinach thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  3. 3. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and slice it into thin strips.
  4. 4. Place the thawed spinach in a colander and squeeze it firmly with your hands to remove as much excess water as possible.
  5. 5. Cut the feta cheese into coarse cubes.
  6. 6. Add the onion strips, squeezed spinach, egg, crème fraîche, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
  7. 7. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  8. 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper and roll out the pizza dough on it.
  9. 9. Spread the spinach and onion mixture evenly over the dough.
  10. 10. Distribute the feta cubes evenly over the pizza.
  11. 11. Place the pizza in the lower or middle section of the oven.
  12. 12. Bake the pizza for about 14 to 16 minutes.
  13. 13. Switch the position of the baking tray after about 7 minutes to ensure even baking.
  14. 14. Remove the finished pizza from the oven.
  15. 15. Cut the pizza into slices and serve immediately.
