Ingredients
- Bananas 3 pcs.
- Spinach 300 g
- Water 800 ml
- Honey 1 tbsp.
- Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into rings. Wash the spinach thoroughly and spin it to dry it.
- 2. Blend the bananas, spinach, and water well in a tall container. Sweeten to taste with honey, pour into glasses, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Enjoy your meal!
