🍕 Crispy Pizza with Leaf Spinach, Mushrooms, and Cheese

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Mushrooms, white 350 g
- Spinach 300 g
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Mozzarella 250 g
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- Cream cheese, plain 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds.
- 4. Dice the tomato flesh into small pieces.
- 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 6. Place the tomatoes and garlic into a bowl.
- 7. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 8. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 9. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
- 10. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 12. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen cloth if necessary.
- 13. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 14. Wash the leaf spinach thoroughly.
- 15. Let the spinach drain well.
- 16. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 17. Add the spinach to the pan.
- 18. Let the spinach simmer for about 4 minutes until it wilts.
- 19. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
- 20. Drain the mozzarella.
- 21. Slice the mozzarella into pieces.
- 22. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 23. Roll out the dough on the sheets.
- 24. Spread the prepared tomato mixture over the dough.
- 25. Distribute the spring onions over the pizza.
- 26. Place the mushroom slices on top.
- 27. Distribute the spinach evenly.
- 28. Top the pizza with the mozzarella slices.
- 29. Place the baking sheets in the lower part of the oven.
- 30. Bake the pizzas for 14 to 16 minutes.
- 31. Swap the sheets after about 7 minutes.
- 32. Take the finished pizzas out of the oven.
- 33. Cut the pizzas into pieces.
- 34. Serve the pizza with cream cheese on plates.
