🥤 Spinach-Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients
- spinach 200 g
- apricots, fresh 4 pcs.
- bananas 1 pc.
- orange juice 800 ml
- honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and then dry it in the salad spinner. Rinse the apricots, halve them, remove the pits, and cut into quarters. Peel the banana and cut into cubes.
- 2. In a tall mixing container, puree the spinach, apricots, and banana together with the orange juice until smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste and serve. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Older, slightly browned apricots and bananas also work well for this recipe.
