🍳 Fried Eggs with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- vine tomatoes 4 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- butter 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- eggs 4 pcs.
- rye wholemeal bread, sliced 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley and shake it dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and chop them finely. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the tomatoes for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Crack the eggs and pour them over the tomatoes. Cook the eggs for about 4 minutes until they are fried sunny-side up, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the fried eggs with parsley and serve with bread.
