🍳 Fried Egg with Ham and Chives

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 10 g
- cooked ham 100 g
- toast bread 8 slices
- butter 2 tbsp
- eggs 8 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the chives under running water.
- 2. Let the herbs drain well.
- 3. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 4. Dice the ham into small cubes.
- 5. Toast the bread to your liking.
- 6. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Melt the butter in the pan.
- 8. Crack the eggs directly into the pan.
- 9. Sprinkle the ham cubes over the eggs.
- 10. Fry the eggs for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 11. Wait until the eggs are set.
- 12. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- 13. Plate the fried egg.
- 14. Add the toast to the plate.
- 15. Garnish the dish with the chives.
- 16. Serve the meal immediately.
