🍳 Fried Egg on Country Bread with Chives

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 10 g
- butter 2 tbsp
- oil 1 tbsp
- eggs 8 pcs.
- salt pinch
- farmer's mild bread 4 slices
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into fine rings. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat, crack the eggs in one by one, and cook at low temperature for about 5–6 minutes.
- 2. Spread the bread slices with butter and arrange on plates. Place the fried eggs on top, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with the chives. Enjoy your meal!
