  1. 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely. Cut the bacon into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat a pan to high temperature and fry the bacon in it for about 2 minutes until crispy. Reduce the heat to medium, crack the eggs and pour them over the bacon. Fry the eggs for approx. 4 minutes until they become sunny-side-up eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Plate the sunny-side-up eggs, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
