Ingredients
- Pepper, red 1 pc.
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly clean the pepper, trim the ends, remove the seeds, and cut into rings about 2 cm wide. Wash the dill, dry it well, remove the thick stems, and chop finely.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add the pepper rings. Carefully crack the eggs and let them slide into the rings. Season with a little salt and fry until the egg white is set. Garnish with dill and serve with bread. Enjoy your meal!
