  1. 1. Cut circles out of the toast slices using a glass, leaving a border of about 2 cm. Heat a pan strongly and fry the bacon in it for approximately 3 minutes until crispy. Then remove the bacon from the pan.
  2. 2. Reduce the heat to medium and toast the toast slices in the frying fat for about 2 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Crack the eggs and pour them into the cut-out holes. Let the sunny-side-up eggs set for approx. 4 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Lift the toast with the sunny-side-up egg out of the pan, plate it, and serve with the bacon. Enjoy your meal!
